Shipment Processing Time

All in stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Delivery to all Europe may take up to 6 -12 days except islands.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or by phone.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be shipped when pre-order items ready in our warehouse.

We can decide your order items to be shipped part by part.

Free Shipping Terms

We offer free shipping on some products for some countries if you see 0,00 for the shipping cost in your chart this means free shipping  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Pre-Orders processing time

All pre-orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Pre-order means goods are not in stock, will be produced and shipped after ordering. Delivery to all Europe may take up to 3 - 4 weeks.

Shipment status update

You will receive order status email once your order has shipped containing your order details.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for the countries out of EU) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order while shipping for the countries out of EU. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Our prices include VAT for All EU customers.

Damages and Lost

If you received your order damaged or lost during shipping please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim and send us pictures of damaged products. will fully cover the damaged goods by refund or replace the goods with new products.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
